ADRIAN THOMPSON - IN MEMORIAM -

Adrian Del' Tremaine Thompson, 19, died in a car accident on the morning of November 27, 2002. His funeral was December 7 at the Progressive Babtist Church. Mr. Buckner, one of the drama teachers at Eisenhower, sent this message to the Eisenhower faculty.

He was a very kind, considerate and gentle student. A couple of things that he enjoyed here at Ike were playing basketball and being involved with the Drama Club. Adrian was attending Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. We had not seen him for a while, but we were sure that we would see or hear from him during the holidays. The last time we saw him, he stopped by the school on his way home from college and ran errands for the department before he even made his way home. We had to send him home. He loved being here at Eisenhower. We will miss him dearly.
