  • 2005 - Norma Balderas
    Although Norma is currently enrolled full time at the University of Houston as a pre-Pharmacy major, she is thinking of switching to Biology and after that, medical school. (updated 04/06)

  • 2005 - Olga Melendez
    Olga married her high school sweetheart from Eisenhower (Eduardo Pena) in February, 2005 and is currently attending North Harris pursuing a degree in Business Management.

  • 2005 - Maricela Gonzalez
    After graduating in December of 2004, Maricela got a job as a cashier in a store and plans to go to college soon. She would like to study web design.

    Joshua is attending Cy Fair College and going for a major in computer engneering and a minor in theater. He is also looking to play basketball in college in the near future. (updated 09/07)

  • 2006 - Te-Yee Jonathan Eng
    Jonathan is currently attending the University of Texas at Austin and is majoring in government and history. He plans to become a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps after getting his degree. (updated 09/06)

  • 2006 - Jazmin Gonzalez
    Jazmin and her husband, Richard (also Eisehower student,) had their baby on June 14, 2006. They named her Ariadne Y. Gonzalez and they are very happy. Jazmine's name above is linked to a picture of Ariadne.

  • 2006 - Preston Hardge
    Preston is currently attending Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. He is a sophomore with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Theatre. Preston is involved in the Hampton University Gospel Choir: HIS CHOSEN SOUNDS, Student Christian Association, Hampton Players, and the Texas Pre-Alumni. After graduating in 2010, Preston plans to some day be a journalist for a major news network.

  • 2006 - Areti Karydas
    Areti moved to Klein Forest her junior year and graduated from there. She is now at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in nutrition, but going to internally transfer to the business school to major in International Business.

  • 2006 - Elida Alvarez Merino
    Elida married her high school sweetheart, Henry Merino (also an Ike grad,) right after graduation. She, along with Henry, plans to attend North Harris College where she will major in Dental Hygiene. After North Harris College, she plans to attend the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.

  • 2007 - Marisol Casorla
    Marisol is attending Grinnell College, a private liberal arts school in Iowa. So far, her college has hosted a couple of presidential hopefuls, like Barack Obama (I shook his hand!), and former president Bill Clinton who visited on behalf of Hillary's campaign. Politics is pretty big here! I plan on becoming an English major, and I am currently taking Japanese classes with hopes for studying in Tokyo. If studying abroad can't fit in my senior year, I would like to teach in Japan for one or two years after obtaining my Bachelor's. Either way, hopefully, Japan is in my future! (updated 12/07)

  • 2007 - Precious Sanders - In Memorium
    Precious Sanders passed on January 20, 2008 from Lupus. While at Eisenhower she was an outstanding member of the Thespian Troupe. (updated 01/08)

  • 2008 - John Manuel Espinoza
    John was transferred from Marine location at 29 Palms to Okinawa. He left recently for a two year assignment, and will be sent to Afghanistan.

  • 2008 - Hector Ochoa
    Hector will be attending Lonestar College in Tomball this fall. Later he will switch to the Universtiy of Texas inSan Antonio or the University of Houston to pursue the nursing career he has always dreamed of.
