2000 - Bianca Semien Avery
Bianca graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 and later got her teaching certification from LeTourneau University. While at Texas A&M she became a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc in Spring, 2002 by way of the Pi Omicron chapter. She has been happily married to her husband Derek since June 10, 2006 and they currently have no children. She is now a first year 3rd grade teacher. 2000 - Kristen Biel
Kristen graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 with a BS degree in Biology. She spent the last four years in Chicago, IL attending podiatry school and will become a doctor on June 6, 2008. Kristen is moving back to Houston to start her residency for the next three years. She has dated her boyfriend, whom I met at podiatry school, for three years now and he is also moving to Houston for residency. Kristen is excited about moving back home and would like to practice podiatry in Texas once she finishes her residency. (updated 05/08)

2000 - Alicia Cash
Alicia went to the Univesity of Arkansas at Little Rock and played basketball on the Divison I level. She graduated in 2004 with a Bachlor's Degree in Health Sciences, and will graduate in May, 2006 with a Master's Degree in Education. She is currently an assistent coach at the University of Arkanas at Little Rock. Alicia has been dating the same man for four years and hopefully marriage is not to far away now that we both have degrees with one more to go for her! She wishes all her old classmates good luck! 2000 - Maggie Griffith Cornell
Maggie got married on May 18, 2002. She and her husband are happily married with no kids. He works at a Fortune 500 company. They met through friends in high school, but he did not attend Ike. He is an Account Representative for Ikon Office Solutions (leading Competitor With Zerox). Maggie is a billing agent. They are working on getting their first house by the beginning of 2005.(updated 10/04)
2000 - Irene Del Real-Romano
Irene joined the Air Force after graduating high school, and she is currently in the Air National Guard. She graduated from the University of Houston, Clear Lake with a BS in Sociology in August, 2005. Irene married her high school sweetheart, Tony Romano (1999,) in June, 2003. They are stationed in Michigan and do not have children yet. (updated 11/05)
2000 - Karla Dickson
Karla graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and is currently teaching in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD as a middle school choir director. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated through the Epsilon Lambda Chapter at the University of Houston. Karla loves helping her middle school students develop a love and passion for music. She is in a serious three year relationship with her boyfriend Will. (updated 08/06)
2000 - Carman-Latrice Eastland
Carman graduated in May, 2006 from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Education (Health Education) degree. During the 2006-2007 school year, Carman taught 6th grade Social Studies at R.E. Kirby Middle School. (North Forest I.S.D.) She is currently the Health Teacher at E.E. Worthing High School (Houston I.S.D.) Carman was working on a Ph.D. in Post-Secondary & Adult Education at Capella University, but put that degree on hold. She decided to go back to Prairie View A&M University, and is working on a second Master of Education Degree in Educational Administratiion. Carman's son Peyton is now two years old, and better than ever. Things couldn't be better for the two of them. (updated 09/07)
2000 - Amanda Edwards
Amanda graduated from Emory University in May 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science. While at Emory, Amanda remained active in numerous extracurricular activities, joining the Nu Alpha Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serving as Emory College President. Amanda went on to attend Harvard Law School and will graduate in June 2007. (updated 01/07)

Katie Fisher and Jesse Russell (c/o 99) were high school sweet hearts for 6 years and got married July 17, 2004. They are doing great and have a beautiful home. Katie will graduate from college in May. (updated 09/04)
2000 - Crystal D. Harris
Crystal Danielle Harris graduated from Texas State University in May of 2005 with a BA in English with an emphasis in Professional Writing. She is now an English teacher at Ryan Middle School. (updated 08/05)
2000 - Maria Hernandez
Maria attended North Harris College and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree. She took time off to take care of her son Alfredo Jr, born on 8/21/03, who is now 3 years old. She is currently attending UHD to earn a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies in Early Childhood. (updated 11/06)
2000 - Monica Jackson
Monica is now working in data management for an oil and gas company. She has completed training in medical assisting, and is starting school in January to get her B.A. in nursing. She had a son who passed away in August, 2006. Monica is doing well and is still best friends with Shekevia Henson and Anitra Westmoreland both of whom graduated in 2000.(updated 11/07)
2000 - Harding L. Jones III
Harding (Larry) recently obtained his B.A. in Management Information Systems from Prairie View A&M University in December, 2007 and is currently working for Shell Oil's supply & logistics department where he's been for the past three years. Harding plans to begin graduate school also @ Prairie View A&M University sometime in mid 2008 to further his education and open the doors for even more opportunities that may come along. 2000 - Nick Kaechler
Nick stayed in Houston for two years to attend North Harris Montgomery Community College, Tomball. Next he moved with his company to College Station and there he attended Blinn College. He is now attending Texas A&M where he pursues a major in Agricultural Engineering. Nick is also involved in the building of Aggie Bonfire and is the Yellowpot (leader) of the Off-Campus crew. 2000 - Melissa Martinez
Melissa has been going to North Harris (LoneStar) Community College since 2000. She is crossing her fingers to graduate next year (May 2010) with a degree in Graphic Design. She has two beautiful boys, one who just turned 6 on New Years Eve, and the other who is turning 2 on the 24th of January. Melissa is engaged to her 2 year old’s father whom she has been with since 2005. They are also buying a house in the Klein school district. She works part time for Miller Lite on the east side. Melissa really loves working for them as a graphic designer assistant. She can’t wait to get her degree so she can start her own graphic/portrait business and still work for Miller Lite. 2000 - Jordan Riddick
Jordan graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS in June of 2005 where he was on a basketball scholarship. He received a double major in Accounting and Finance and minored in Computer Science. After graduating, he went to H&R Block and got his tax certificate.Jordan now lives in Houston and works for Anadarko Petroleum in the Woodlands, the largest independent oil and gas company in the nation. He will attend graduate school in the summer of 2007 to further his education and obtain a CPA license.

Megan is working for a doctor at Memorial City Hospital. She just had a baby boy, Jacob, born 8/9/04. He is 15 months now. Adorable! Megan is moving to New York in May, 2006. (updated 11/05)
2000 - Tristen Sutton
Tristen received his B.B.A in Marketing and a Certificate in retailing studies from Texas A&M University College Station in 2005. Through the INROADS program he received an internship with Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he now works and where he was named Rookie of the Year. Tristen sells Auto/Home/Life Insurance for the company and looks forward to continued success. (updated 12/06)
2000 - Curtissia Verge
After graduating from Eisenhower, Curtissia attended the University of Texas at El Paso for one year where she majored in Health Science with a minor in Kinesiology. However, due to a family emergency, she moved to Marshall, Texas, where she attended Wiley College and majored in Secondary Education with a specialization in Biology and Physical Education. Curtissia graduated May, 2005 with a B.S. in Secondary Education. She is now enrolled at Texas Southern University working on her MS in Human Performance. She is not married. (updated 10/05)
2000 - Eric Whitford
Eric is a senior at Grambling State University, majoring in Music Performance and set to graduate in December of 2006. While there he has been part of the "World Famed" Tiger Marching Band, served as Drum Major for two years ('03-'05), starred in the ABC Family reality TV show called "Switched", participated in the movie "Drumline", and had a camera glimpse on the BET reality show called "Season of the Tiger." Eric is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity Inc., and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. After graduation he plans on coming back to Houston to become a certified teacher and become a high school band director. (updated 07/06)
2000 - Kristal Williams
After graduation, Kristal spent three years traveling from city to city with her fiance. They recently settled down in Dallas, Texas and got married in July, 2004. Kristal is currently attending college part-time and volunteers in her husband's kindergarten class as a teacher's aid. (updated 09/04)

2001 - Zedrick Applin
Zedrick attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia on a track scholarship in 2001. While there he earned track honors as Rookie of the Year and became a part of the record-breaking relay at University of South Carolina indoor track facility. Finishing his first year with a 3.81 GPA, he was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society. For the 2002-03 school year, Zedrick will transfer to Texas Tech University and major in finance. (updated 08/02)

2001 - Chatriyas Bryant
Chatriyas Bryant joined the navy in October 2001 and was married in May, 2002. She and her husband had a beautiful daughter in December, 2002. She obtained her license in Cosmetology in Virginia in April, 2005 and is currently woking in a hair salon in Virginia Beach. Chatriyas is still in the Navy, however her enlistment is up in October, 2005. (updated 05/05)

2001 - Jasmin Castillo
Soon after graduating, Jasmin went to Transworld Academy and became a Certified Medical Assistant. At present she is the office manager for a doctor's office in Katy. Jasmin is also attending North Harris College for her prerequisites before transferring to Texas Chiropractic College to be a Doctor of Chiropractic. 2001 - Miranda Rodriguez Fairman
Miranda graduated from Midland College in 2003 with an associates degree in communications, and is now heading to Fresno, California in December to finish her degree in photography communications at Fresno State. She got married in July, 2004 to Edward Fairman. (updated 10/05)
2001 - George Frazier - In Memoriam
On October 14, 2002, God took home one of his strongest and most noble soldiers. On that day, George Frazier (Poopie) died from cardiac arrest. George will always be loved and dearly missed. His presence touched and influenced many people's lives. He was one of the great players of Big IKE's Mighty Eagle football team. At his funeral on October 19, 2002 at Paradise Funeral Home, the entire football coaching staff as well as former and present football team members dedicated George's #45 jersey and a football in his honor and gave it to his family. Poopie, you will always be in our hearts. Thank you for your lessons, your catch phrases, your respect, your love and most importantly, your friendship.

2001 - Melissa Tucker Haffter Von Heide
Melissa attended Stephen F. Austin State University for several years. She married June 08, 2003 to Nicholas who is a soldier in the First Calvary Division at Ft. Hood, Texas. 2001 - Courtney Hicks
Courtney received her Associates Degree in Business Administration in May of 2003 from Johnson & Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. She came back to Houston to get her Bachelors Degree in Consumer Merchandising from the University of Houston. She has plans to graduate in December 2006. In January of 2005, Courtney was crowned Miss I Have A Dream 2005. Her platform was "Empowering Future Generations For Success." LaTonia went to Prairie View A&M University for 3 years and then trasferred to the University of Houston . Her major is Early Childhood education, and she plans to graduate in 2007. 2002 - Shaunathan Alexander
Shawn is studying to become a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) at ACE Vocational School in East Harris County. He has been a student there since April 3, 2006 and his last day is April 28, 2006. From he will take the State Exam for certification around May 26th and should be certified by the end of May or early June. He is still trying to decide whether to work at Texas Children's Hospital, the Methodist Hospital System, or Memorial Hermann Health Care System. (updated 05/06)

Anthony is a junior Criminal Justice major with a specialization in Juvenile Justice @ Prairie View A&M University. He is scheduled to graduate in May, 2006. At Prairie View he participates in a variety of activities including The Baptist Student Movement(BSM), Criminal Justice Club, National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice(NABCJ) and the University Symphonic Band. 2002 - Clifford Franks
Clifford started his basketball career as a walk-on redshirt at Stephen F. Austin. Unfortunately things didn't work out, so he took his game up I-45 to Mountain View College in Dallas where he played and attained his associates degree. He played the remainder of his two years of elgibility at Prarie View A&M University on a basketball scholarship, receiving a degree in Kinesiology. 2002 - Matt Harris
Matt is a junior at the United States Naval Academy pursuing a B.S. in economics. He hopes to be either a Naval Aviator or in Naval Special Operations when he graduates as a commissioned officer in 2006. (updated 12/04)

2002 - Adrian-Cortez "Shot" Jackson
Adrian currently resides in Atlanta, where he is modeling and soon designing for Fubu. It's also where he attended both Bauder College for Fashion Design and The Art Institute for Music Production. Adrian is currently engaged and plans on being married after he and his fiance graduate. Also after graduation, and after obtaining experience with Fubu, he plans on branching out and creating his own fashion line; just one of many big projects. 2002 - Kristyn Jones
Kristyn is a junior at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, majoring in Criminal Justice. She is president of the Epsilon Phi chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta. Kristyn will graduate in December of 2005 and marry her high school sweetheart, Dominic Romano, in December of 2005. Dominic attended Eisenhower, but graduated from St. Pius X. D'Antrese is attending Texas Southern University where she is majoring in mass communications. Nico is attending Praire View A&M University on full scholarship and majoring in political science with a minor in music education. He is Head Student Trainer of the Prairie View A&M University Sports Medicine Program. He is also the Vice President of Finance and Administration of the Student Government Association at PVAMU. 2002 - Rim Mohamed
Rim is currently teaching mathematics at the Eisenhower 9th Grade Center. This is her first year teaching, and she truly enjoys every moment of it. 2003 - Shavondria Smith
Shavondria attended Texas Southern University for 2 years where she studied music education, then later attended school to become a medical assistant. For 5 years she has been working for a health care service taking care of special needs children. Part time she works as a bridal consultant in Willowbrook at Alfred Angelo Bridal. Shavondria has no children and will be married on August 16, 2008. Life has been very good for her and she thanks God everyday. (updated 12/07)

- In Memoriam
Fallon and Ashley were taken from us in a car accident on October 4, 2005. These students are remembered for their talents, achievements and great personalities. Both active athletic students, they played volleyball throughout their high school years.

Former teammate Brittney Benford remembers them fondly. "They were both sweet and caring girls who loved everybody. 2004 - Maribel Arevalo Luna - In Memoriam
Maribel was abducted and later died from injuries suffered in her escape on April 19, 2004. The Eisenhower community grieves for the loss of this outstanding graduate, true friend and gentle soul. (updated 04/04)

Nelson is finishing his college education and working at one of the nation’s newest top military/government companies, Laser Shot, Inc. His fiance is expecting their baby, due by April 15, 2008. (updated 09/07)

After graduating, Sophia and Victor Chavez (also an Ike grad) had a child together. Besides being a full-time parent, Sophia is studying to be an Medical Administrater. (updated 03/06)
2004 - Nancy Rodgers
Nancy is attending Texas State Technical College, and she has recently gotten engaged. She is working for her teaching certifcate. She would like to teach something with computers, maybe even teach at Ike!(updated 12/04)
2004 - Shawnatae Scranton
Shawnatae joined the US Army in 2003. She is still serving in the military, and now works for the Texas Joint Military Forces and travels around the United States. (updated 03/06)
2004 - Hugo Zacarias Jr. - In Memoriam
On July 21, 2003, Hugo died in a car accident while on vacation in Mexico. This outstanding student is fondly remembered by his family, friends and soccer teamates.(updated 08/03)
